FEEFO GOLD TRUSTED SERVICE AWARD 2025

We are delighted and proud to share that Connells Survey & Valuation has received the Feefo 2025 Gold Trusted Service Award!  This recognition highlights our commitment to delivering outstanding customer service throughout the year.  We are passionate about giving our customers a voice and using their insights to provide the highest level of service.  A huge thank you to our customers for sharing their feedback and to our dedicated teams for their continued hard work.  

Feefo is a leading global customer reviews and insights platform that empowers its clients to fully understand how their customers experience their product or service.  Feefo established the Trusted Service Awards in 2014 to recognise brands that use the platform to collect verified reviews and receive exceptional feedback from their customers.  The awards reflect a business's dedication to providing outstanding customer service by analysing feedback from real customers. 

Feefo has presented Gold Trusted Service Awards to businesses that have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1^st 2024 and December 31^st 2024, with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5.
